Prior to this appointment, Toni Smith served as Chief Distribution Officer at PRIMIS Mortgage Network, following a promotion from Chief Operating Officer (COO). In the past, she’s also worked as Business Operations Director at First Complete Ltd, Communications Manager at Home of Choice, and Sales Manager at Allied Dunbar.
In her newly created role, she will lead the growth of SBG’s business, shaping & driving distribution, and further developing the network’s mortgage & protection propositions for members. Reporting to Richard Harrison, CEO of SBG, Toni will also join SBG’s Executive Committee.
