Prior to this appointment, Charlotte Lade served as senior marketing & communications manager at MetLife UK. She had been promoted from senior marketing manager to UK integrated campaign manager before her most recent role. She has also worked as a marketing assistant at Thomson Snell & Passmore and as account manager of marketing recruitment for Barclays.
In her new role, Lade will be responsible for driving innovation in proposition development to enhance customer experience. She will also lead the development and delivery of MetLife UK’s value propositions across its core individual protection and employee benefits business.
Lade will spearhead the design and implementation of products with enhanced customer value, meeting the needs of more customers in historically underserved markets, in addition to implementing MetLife’s customer contact strategy.
