"We’re delighted to make CIExpert’s new Insight Zone Dashboard available directly from the IPTF website."
- Vicky Churcher, executive director of the IPTF
CIExpert has integrated with the Income Protection Task Force (IPTF) to provide a direct link to its Income Protection (IP) Insight Zone Dashboard via the ‘Adviser Tools’ section of its website.
This dashboard has been designed to equip advisers with practical tools, improve understanding, and support better customer outcomes - creating an integrated, insight-led hub for protection advice.

CIExpert’s dashboard is currently accessible through its two-way integration with Iress - this functionality is exclusive to Iress for 2025 and is available via its sourcing platforms, The Exchange and Xplan Mortgage - and now through the IPTF.
Paul Roberts, proposition & distribution director at CIExpert, noted that the IPTF’s inclusion of its IP dashboard on its website is a “strong endorsement of the Insight Zone’s value to advisers, insurers, and the wider industry.
“It highlights the trust in our rigorous, insurer-approved content, and reinforces the crucial role this plays in compliance, advice quality, and financial resilience.”
CIExpert’s IP Insight Zones include plans from eight insurers: Aviva, Aviva Protection (available to limited distribution only), British Friendly, Guardian Financial Services (Guardian), LV=, Scottish Widows, Vitality, and Zurich Insurance.
Advisers can also click through to CIExpert’s wider whole of market Insight Zones for Life Insurance and Critical Illness (CI) products, benefiting from in-depth analysis across key features such as deferred periods and benefit guarantees.
In addition, the Insight Zones provide comparison on added-value benefits such as fracture cover - whether it's included as a contractual benefit, such as with LV= and Scottish Widows or as an additional costed option with Aviva, British Friendly, Vitality, and Zurich Insurance.
“The IPTF exists to ensure that everyone understands the importance of safeguarding an individual’s income in case of ill-health or injury. We believe that by bringing industry leaders together like the IPTF and CIExpert with collaboration, we can provide clarity for advisers and consumers,” concluded Vicky Churcher, executive director of the IPTF.
