iPipeline announces new partnership with engagement technology platform

iPipeline has today announced its partnership with innovative start-up and adviser technology business, BrokerIQ, integrating its collection of indicative and predictive web services with the customer engagement platform.

BrokerIQ is a fully brandable, client communication platform that enables advice businesses and brokers to improve their client engagement. This has become essential for many firms as they develop Consumer Duty strategies. Additional tools include in-app chat, automated notifications and reminders, client profiling, video messaging, product vault, in-app referrals, and much more. 

By integrating iPipeline’s collection of indicative and predictive web services with BrokerIQ’s customer engagement platform, it will be able to illustrate risk and cost of protection more efficiently.
