MoneySuperMarket and LifeSearch have collaborated closely to design a more intuitive customer experience, with new question sets to streamline the application process and advanced technology to support customers through their online journey. If additional information is needed, it’s requested through smart, reflexive questions.
Once a customer receives a quote, they can choose to use LifeSearch’s ‘Buy Now’ experience via MoneySuperMarket and be covered in less than six minutes. For more personalised support, LifeSearch’s experts are available to help by phone.
If a customer’s information indicates that a Buy Now journey isn’t suitable, they’re directed to alternatives – including fee-free expert advice and assistance from LifeSearch’s team. Customers can also opt to speak to LifeSearch at any point in the journey if they prefer.
This newly extended partnership offers access to a range of Life Insurance products, including Critical Illness (CI), Whole of Life (WOL), Family Income Benefit, and Business Life Insurance.
Initially, the new online journey proposition will be supported by a comprehensive panel of six insurers – HSBC, Legal & General (L&G), LV, QuoteMeHappy, Royal London, and Vitality.
