Prior to this appointment, Phil served as CEO of AIG Life UK. In the past, he’s also worked as Chairman of Laya Healthcare, CEO of Aviva Italy, President Director & CEO of Astra Life, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aviva UK following multiple promotions from Managing Director of Health. Phil began his career in Financial Services at Aviva.
He joins OneFamily during a period of growth, having recently announced its plans to enter the intermediary market with a new Beagle Street protection proposition.
