"This marks a further strengthening of our ongoing relationship with Prestige Underwriting, who have been a valued partner on our household insurance panel since November 2023."

Prestige Underwriting has joined the Source Insurance Landlord panel as the first underwriter of its residential landlord insurance product, aiming to give mortgage and insurance advisers access to broader insurance protection for residential landlords.
It is the first common-worded product on the Source Landlord panel, designed to provide advisers with a consistent core policy wording through which they can arrange cover for landlords with differing property and protection requirements.
The residential landlord insurance product includes legal expenses cover as standard, with rent guarantee available as an optional add-on.
The partnership comes at a significant time for the lettings market following the Renters’ Rights Act, which came into force on 1st May 2026.
