ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud provides RSA Insurance with a claims management solution, integrated into a scalable and secure cloud environment. Product lines are being added in a phased approach to ensure a smooth transition, with minimal disruption.
Today, RSA Insurance announced that the first product line is accessible via the portal: commercial property, giving brokers access to make and track claims online. Additional lines of business will be added throughout the remainder of 2024 and into early 2025.
Features of the new portal include a streamlined First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process which makes journeys faster and often removes the need to speak with claims handlers; Live Chat support with the option to switch to a phone call with the same handler; analytics triage tools; smoother settlements because relevant information will be captured upfront; automated communications with all parties kept informed without the need for manual follow-ups.
