"AMI recognises it is a busy time for many mortgage advisers and is grateful for your time and support."
- Stacy Penn, senior policy adviser at AMI
These questions cover approaches to protection, the tool used by advisers, the impact of the Consumer Duty and what advisers think should be done within the industry to help increase consumer trust. Advisers don’t have to be AMI members to participate and answers are anonymous.
AMI, alongside sponsors Legal & General and Royal London, will share key findings from the adviser and consumer research during its launch event on the 8th November.
Commenting on the survey, Stacy Penn, senior policy adviser at AMI, has said:
“I’m delighted that AMI is running its adviser survey for the fourth year and can’t wait to see what this year’s results tell us. AMI recognises it is a busy time for many mortgage advisers and is grateful for your time and support. The survey will close on 6 September.
Adviser views form an important part of our research, particularly as we can compare and contrast consumer and adviser views to see where any gaps lie. We can only do this with the support of the sector and the more survey responses we receive, the better informed our research will be.”
