Prior to this appointment, Luke Harding served as Head of Large Corporate Global Distribution at AXA Global Healthcare following a promotion from Global Corporate Sales Leader. In the past, he’s also worked as Senior Associate at Mercer UK, Commercial Manger at Care first, Senior Business Manager at American Express International Payments, and Business Development Manager (BDM) at Letsure & Canada Life, amongst others.
In his new role, Luke will be responsible for driving the business forward, developing broker strategies & relationships, and expanding the corporate healthcare provider’s distribution channels. His remit will also involve supporting its existing clients to scale up their healthcare provision.
Luke believes the opportunity ahead for Healix is “massive […] my conversations with senior stakeholders revealed exceptional levels of clinical expertise to support businesses. The corporate healthcare trust model is vital for employers looking to provide personalised wellbeing support to employees to retain and recruit talent.
