In support of growing demand in the customer vulnerability and Consumer Duty markets, MorganAsh has made two senior appointments.
Prior to this appointment, Peter Labrow served as managing director at Content Productions, providing a wide range of services from copywriting to video production. He has also worked as director of Marketing Direction, marketing director at Xenon and services marketing manager at P&P Corporate Systems Limited. Labrow brings 40 years of experience and has previously worked with MorganAsh as a marketing consultant.
Labrow said, “There’s always been a side of me which is drawn to work with socially responsible organisations.” In the past, he’s worked for several charities, including three hospices and a couple of social enterprises. “The concept of helping organisations get to grips with consumer vulnerability in a best-practice way and enabling them to deliver more consistent outcomes is one that particularly excites me,” he added.
Alongside Labrow, Tracey Johnson will be joining MorganAsh as its underwriting and claims manager. She is a fully qualified and highly experienced medical underwriter and claims manager who has worked in both the UK and Irish protection markets as well as in the life insurance sector. Johnson was an integral part of launching Bright Grey, which is now part of Royal London Retail, and has worked with Acorn, Allianz, AXA, Prudential, Standard Life, and Utmost, amongst others.
Johnson said she’s “always liked MorganAsh’s approach […] This is a great team to be part of.” She believes that MorganAsh is “one of the pioneers of medical underwriting, gathering and using data in a far more intelligent way.”
