Prior to this promotion, Rupert Swetman worked as Partnership Sales Manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB). Overall, his career spans more than twenty-five years, operating large-scale broker businesses.
In his new role, Rupert will be responsible for building a specialist team of business consultants to support MAB’s strategic partners in their ambitions, business strategy, and continued growth objectives.
So far, Rupert has appointed Kiah Foster and Ben Leach as Partnership Managers. Kiah joins after several years with MAB’s Australian division and Ben moves from Nationwide after sixteen years to join the network.
“Following a successful start to 2024 and continued business growth, we’re delighted to have promoted Rupert to Partnership Sales Director, and welcome Kiah and Ben on board in their respective roles,” said Peter Brodnicki, CEO of MAB.
