The intermediary-only lender focuses on the needs of experienced and professional landlords which Paradigm members will now have access to, including Quantum’s range of buy-to-let products covering single units, multi-units and HMOs, specialist, expat and foreign national borrowers, limited company SPV and Green options.
As well as buy-to-let products, Quantum also offers holiday to let and AirBnB loans between £25k and £1m (subject to terms and conditions) across its entire range, day one remortgages, refinancing of bridging and development finance.
Capital raising is available for any legal purpose, while Quantum also lends on leasehold properties as long as there is a minimum term remaining of thirty-five years at the end of the mortgage term.
Quantum lends across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
