TMG Protect offers members the chance to not only refer their business internally but more importantly, training to sell protection alongside a mortgage. The division will be led by Donna Ambler who has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry.
She hopes that TMG Protect will provide the network with a mechanism of “really delivering the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Consumer Duty and taking the whole concept of treating our customers fairly to the next level.”
Donna will work closely with existing members & provider partners to help them navigate the complexities of insurance products and deliver good customer outcomes.
