Prior to this appointment, Mark Pugh served as Head of Employee Benefits at Verlingue UK where he’s worked for almost five years. In the past, he’s also worked as Head of Employee Benefits at Finch Insurance Brokers, Senior Consultant at Gallagher Re, Senior Consultant at KPMG, Project Manager at SBJ, and Team Coordinator at WTW.
In his new role, Mark will support the development & expansion of the full-service employee benefits capability which came with the acquisition of Benefiz. This will help to ensure the successful delivery of complex services to larger clients.
He will also take on the leadership of Towergate Employee Benefit’s role with the Worldwide Broker Network from 2025 onwards. “This is a fantastic time to join Towergate Employee Benefits to support its further growth and evolution. I’m looking forward to helping enhance an already impressive business, as we provide additional services & support to clients,” he said.
