Prior to this appointment, Richard Jackson worked at Gallagher Re and has held roles at Bupa Global, including director of people experience consulting, head of corporate sales, head of intermediaries, and head of employee benefits.
In his new role, he will lead the employee benefits consulting team in the South of England to deliver the broker’s growth plans in that region. He will also be responsible for supporting the development of Towergate’s client proposition and experience, leading a large team of consultants and reporting to Chris Saunders, head of commercial private medical insurance (PMI) at Towergate Health & Protection.
