Prior to this appointment, Diane Whalley worked as an employment benefits consultant at Mercer Marsh Benefits. She has also worked at RSC New Homes Ltd as a protection manager as well as a PMI sales consultant at Bupa.
In her new role, Whalley will be managing the desk-based 40-strong group risk adviser team, helping to grow the business through new clients and recruitment. She will also provide management support to David Williams, head of group risk, with new business initiatives, people development, process efficiencies and more.
