amii appoints new executive committee member

Charlie Francis, managing director of Howha PMI, has joined the executive committee of the Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries (amii).

The Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries (amii) has announced the appointment of Charlie Francis to its executive committee.

Charlie began his career in private medical insurance (PMI) as an apprentice intermediary, before setting up his own business, Howha PMI, in 2023. He joined the amii as an intermediary member in 2024.

"We are pleased to welcome Charlie to the executive committee," Dave Middleton, executive chairman of the amii, said. "He brings valuable experience from the intermediary sector, a strong understanding of the market, and a genuine commitment to supporting clients.

"His insight will be a real asset as we continue to represent our members and drive positive outcomes across the industry."
