Aon UK merges ECG and MCE leadership role

Aon UK has today announced that it will be expanding the role of head of enterprise clients (ECG) to include leadership of its major complex and enterprise (MCE) segment.

Aon’s largest and most complex UK clients. Despite this expansion, Mason will continue to report to both chief client officer Lori Goltermann and UK CEO Julie Page.

With over 23 years of experience in insurance and risk management, including management of cross-class global accounts and enterprise and operational risk management consulting, Mason has worked with numerous complex clients. She joined Aon UK in 2017 as managing director of the global and specialty business, then later head of enterprise clients in late 2021, helping clients develop and deliver their risk management efficiently.

Prior to Aon UK, Mason worked at both JLT and Marsh.

Commenting on the development, Julie Page, Aon UK chief executive, has said:
