First Complete & Pink report record mortgage and protection sales

First Complete and Pink have reported that their mortgage, protection and general insurance sales hit record highs in March 2017.

Together both networks, which are part of LSL Property Services, submitted a total of 7151 mortgage applications - an increase of more than 800 applications on their previous most successful month - while mortgage lending reached a total of £1.31 billion in March.

Nearly 120 individuals from both networks secured over £3 million worth of lending each in March – a 21% increase on the previous highest number of sellers.

First Complete and Pink also announced a record month when selling protection. Appointed Representatives in each network submitted 8,548 protection applications, 17% more than their previous best. The Protection API also skyrocketed in March, reaching an all-time high of £3.22 million.

General Insurance business also grew substantially in March, with total sales reaching a monthly record of £387,857 as the number of GI cases reached 1,240.
