With NHS waiting lists and workplace absenteeism at record heights, Healix believes this solution will help employers reduce barriers to healthcare and accelerate employee utilisation of crucial wellbeing tools. Via the My Healix App, employees will have access to several benefits, backed by professional clinical oversight, to help manage exisitng healthcare issues and prevent symptoms from escalating.
Healix ConneX offers three levels of care for businesses. The Lite package includes a virtual 24/7 GP service and mental health assessments, while Healix Triage provides access to additional benefits, including musculoskeletal assessments; wellbeing platform to improve health, sleep, and manage stress; cancer care support and MyGym discounts. Additionally, employers under the ConneX Care option will be able to offer workers face-to-face physiotherapy and mental health consultations.
Once an employee has received a diagnosis, they'll either have access to further support and advice or a referral to an external NHS service if necessary.
