In his new role, Chris will lead LifeSearch’s delivery teams to reshape its technology architecture, enabling the brokerage to launch new propositions with more flexibility and customisation.

He will also implement new ways of working and technology use across teams.

“By evolving our approach and harnessing technology more effectively, we can deliver greater speed, flexibility and innovation to protection.

“This is about powering the potential of our teams, partners, and customers through realising the full value of our technology delivery. I look forward to working with the team and wider business to make this vision a reality,” he said.

Debbie Kennedy, CEO of LifeSearch, added: “Chris’ experience will be instrumental in delivering our PoweredBy LifeSearch strategy and improving outcomes for customers and partners alike. He has a wealth of experience building arguably some of the first digital customer journeys in our industry.”
