Integration
"This is a relationship which will certainly help to positively transform the protection conversation for our users and help deliver that duty of care."
- Neal Jannels, Managing Director of One Mortgage System (OMS)

One Mortgage System (OMS) is the only end-to-end platform on the market that covers product areas such as Residential, Buy-To-Let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial, General Insurance (GI), and protection.

At present, OMS is integrated with Twenty7Tec, Submissions Brain, Ignite, Hometrack, Experian and Knowledge Bank.

This latest integration with UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform provides OMS users with access to protection quotations, pre-sales underwriting, and a single application journey which generates fully underwritten comparative terms for Life Insurance, Critical Illness (CI), and Income Protection (IP) products.

Neal Jannels, Managing Director of One Mortgage System (OMS) said UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform “shares many tech-led synergies, [so] this integration will really resonate with our users as it serves to simplify and streamline a process which has long been perceived as being daunting and overly complex.”

“Ignoring a client’s protection needs will mean that advisers are not only potentially missing out on a regular income stream – which can also add considerable value to a business if there are any future exit strategies in the pipeline – but also in delivering a stronger duty of care in an uncertain economic climate,” he continued.

Mark Cracknell, Commercial Director at UnderwriteMe, said the objective is to “make individual protection more accessible and this integration with OMS is another important step in supporting the advice process.”
