Reassured partners with AI platform amid digital transformation strategy

Reassured has launched a partnership with Adviser.AI following a trial period.

Reassured has announced the launch of a new partnership with Adviser.AI, a protection-specific, cloud-based customer engagement and automation platform. The partnership is intended to support Reassured’s ongoing digital transformation strategy, as it aims to use the platform to automate, personalise, and streamline processes.

These processes include marketing, servicing enquiries, policy outreach, cross-selling, and customer retention, as Reassured aims to reduces admin-heavy tasks for agents.

Reassured began trialling Adviser.AI in September 2025, using three core products: retention, benefit reminders, and post‑sale checks.

The results found that 13% of customers highlighted a vulnerability and requested additional support, 17.58% of customers got in touch about policy documents, 5.28% of customers used the review process to update or confirm their application details, and 19.14% expressed interest in placing their plan in trust.

Reassured claims that these insights have enabled faster follow‑up, earlier intervention, and more personalised support.
