Reassured teams up with Voyc to monitor all customer calls

Reassured has announced its latest partnership with AI-powered conversation intelligence and compliance monitoring platform Voyc to monitor its customer calls.

AI-powered conversation intelligence and compliance monitoring platform Voyc enables near real-time feedback to agents, helping staff respond to queries more efficiently. It also alerts them to potential customer vulnerability.

By transcribing customer call data, Voyc provides insight into why customers have opted to purchase Life Insurance. This insight allows Reassured to improve its engagement strategies, adapt communications, and make continuous process enhancements.
