Jennifer Rafferty appointed Managing Director of Sourcing at Iress

Today, Iress has announced the appointment of Jennifer Rafferty as Managing Director of Sourcing as Dave Miller retires after thirty-five years in Financial Services.

Prior to this appointment, Jennifer Rafferty served as Head of Technology Delivery for the UK at Iress, following a promotion from Head of Delivery. She’s also worked as Head of Development at Avelo Ltd, Provider Development Manager at United Utilities, and Programme Manager at The Exchange.

Jennifer has been jointly managing Iress’ sourcing business alongside Dave Miller since the start of 2024.

“I’m delighted to be taking on this role, having inherited a fantastic team, products, and clients. We’re now successfully accelerating our roadmap, uplifting our core technology and enhancing our propositions – all based on client research that taps into what our customers and the market need,” she said.

Dave Miller has decided to retire after thirty-five years in Financial Services. He joined Avelo in 2002 before assuming his current role heading up Iress’ sourcing business in 2013 – following its acquisition of Avelo.

“Jennifer assumes the leadership role for sourcing at a time of significant change and opportunity for both Iress and the industry as a whole, bringing with her considerable technology leadership experience and industry knowledge,” explained Harry Mitchell, Group Executive Wealth & UK at Iress.

He said: “Our sourcing business has always led the market and I’m pleased to announce Iress’ ongoing commitment to reinvesting into the company, aimed at enhancing and uplifting our flagship mortgage and protection sourcing products.
