The service, which is already available to LV=’s new protection policyholders, offers access to three medical advice services via one app. Customers are able to speak to a UK doctor by video or phone, get a private prescription without needing to visit their GP, as well as obtaining a review of an existing diagnosis and specialist advice on treatment options.
