Prior to this appointment, Jodie Andrews served as Head of Marketing. In the past, she’s also worked as Marketing Manager of Financial Services at Spicerhaart.
In her new role, Jodie will oversee the introduction and management of third-party partnerships – while continuing to lead its marketing strategy. She will nurture relationships with key third-party partners, drive client outcomes, and identify new collaboration opportunities that align with OMS’ objectives.
Furthermore, she will be responsible for training and development initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning. Jodie’s involvement will help ensure OMS can provide brokers, lenders, and partners with technology & partnership solutions.
“My focus will be on fostering strong, collaborative relationships that enhance the value we deliver to brokers and lenders, while also ensuring our marketing strategies align with our growth objectives. I look forward to building on the great work we’ve done so far and further enhancing the value & reach of OMS,” she said.
