"They had life insurance in place, but the Trust was never completed and with them not being married things did not turn out the way that you would hope."
- Kathryn Knowles, Cura Financial Services Ltd managing director

A while ago Charlotte was buying her dream home with her partner when he unfortunately passed away. They had life insurance in place, but the Trust was never completed and with them not being married things did not turn out the way that you would hope.

Charlotte explains what happened and how even phone calls from her partner confirming her as the beneficiary were not enough, it all came down the signature on the form.

This is why Charlotte is so passionate about Trusts and has a phenomenal amount of her clients completing them, far higher than the industry average of 20%. We’re talking wills, lasting powers of attorney, Trusts and more.
