Jon Dye was appointed CEO of Hiscox UK in September 2022 and has previously held various senior roles in the industry, including CEO of Allianz. During his eight-year tenure, Jon led the successful acquisitions of LV= and Legal & General’s GI business.
He has extensive Board and Board Sub-Committee experience as an executive, having served as Chair of the Association of British Insurers, as well as a comprehensive understanding of digital development, growth strategy and risk in highly regulated, data-driven environments.
