"Since launching SM Advice has had a phenomenal response from advisers who want relevant, consistent, and compliant social media content."
- Setul Mehta, founder of SM Advice

Prior to this appointment, Chris Miles served as partnership development manager at The Openwork Partnership, following several promotions. In the past, he’s also worked as head of operations at Excalibur Communications and operations manager at BNY.

In his new role, Chris will be instrumental to SM Advice’s next phase of growth as the company continues to scale its operations, strengthen adviser relationships, and deliver innovative solutions for those working in Financial Services.

SM Advice’s multilingual service includes 1k+ languages (factoring in various local dialects), allowing clients to connect authentically with consumers for whom English isn’t necessarily their first language.

The service enables clients to effectively engage with underserved communities by creating, branding, and posting social media content in multiple languages whilst remaining compliant with the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) regulations.

“I’m thrilled to be joining SM Advice at such a pivotal time. The company’s clear purpose and impact on the adviser community is impressive, and I look forward to helping shape its future beyond social media, based on what the community is asking for whilst staying true to its mission,” he said.

Setul Mehta, founder of SM Advice, added: “Since launching SM Advice has had a phenomenal response from advisers who want relevant, consistent, and compliant social media content.

“Chris’s leadership will allow SM Advice to build on this momentum, expand the service offering, and provide even more value to not just clients but the networks, providers, and nationals SM Advice works with.”
