Prior to this appointment, Gary Warman served as Global Life Leader for Aon’s Strategy & Technology Group. In the past, he’s also worked as Finance Systems & Change Director at Royal London following several promotions from Head of Financial Risk, Wealth & Capital Oversight, Director at Deloitte, Head of Life & Pensions at JPMorgan Chase, and Head of Finance for Distribution at Pearl Assurance. Gary began his career in Financial Services as a Student Actuary at ManuLife.
In his new role, he’ll be responsible for The Exeter’s risk management strategy and ensuring its control framework meets regulatory obligations. Gary will also provide risk advice to the Executive & Main Board to enable the mutual to achieve its long-term business strategy.
