Zurich has become the latest insurer to join CIExpert's Insight Zone.
The policy information hub streamlines an adviser’s protection sales and research processes by expanding its existing comparison service to offer a broader perspective on Zurich’s policy propositions.
The Insight Zone also extends beyond critical illness cover to include interactive tools and information on life policies, ranging from claims stats to added value benefits and product flexibility.
The Insight Zone offers advisers a ‘birds-eye' view of the insurer’s policy options, these can be further explored into more detailed elements including condition coverage and payment levels together with sections covering life policy details, claims data, limits, product flexibility, GIOs, smoker treatment, etc. It also includes an updated section on added value services together with other key areas, should advisers need to focus on a particular aspect.
One Insight Zone feature is the Condition Tracer Tool, which visually portrays a policy’s design, allowing advisers to search and explore the conditions, with comprehensive detail about what they are, how they are related and how they are structured and grouped.
Recent statistics show that advisers on average are spending 25% of their CIExpert sessions within the area.
