"Access Financial Services is disrupting the market and expanding rapidly – a key factor in this success is our commitment to supporting advisers in their development and helping them grow."
- Nick Jones, Mortgage Sales & Marketing Director at Access Financial Services

Access Financial Services’ ‘Access All Areas’ internal referral service targets the brokerage’s 260 self-employed protection and mortgage advisers to ensure they can refer leads when necessary.

Piloted in early February, this service has been designed to create a collaborative environment where advisers can better serve their customers by gaining skills from within the wider Access Financial Services community.

So far referrals have been made for various services, including wills, mortgages, protection, later life lending, second charges, bridging finance, commercial deals, and international mortgages.

“The pilot was a huge success, completely exceeding our expectations in terms of participation and results. We had great engagement with protection and mortgage advisers, who embraced the opportunity to collaborate and expand their horizons. Now it’s being rolled out more widely following the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the trail,” explained Nick Jones, Mortgage Sales & Marketing Director at Access Financial Services.

He said: “Our advisers demonstrated a willingness to learn about new products and to share leads. The pilot was a huge success, exceeding our expectations in terms of participation and results. We had great engagement with protection and mortgage advisers, who embraced the opportunity to collaborate and expand their horizons.

“Access All Areas not only strengthens our team but also ensures our customers receive the most comprehensive and tailored financial solutions possible. It reflects our commitment to innovation and teamwork – and I’m thrilled to see it take off as a cornerstone of our operations moving forward,” Nick concluded.
