Prior to this appointment, Andrew Macadam served as Chief Strategy Officer at Extra360. In the past, he’s also worked as a Strategic Partner and Business Consultant at AM Consulting, Global Managing Director – Startups at Microsoft for Startups following multiple promotions from European Managing Director for Startups, Customer Sales Director at Microsoft following various promotions from Business Evangelist, and Head of Digital at Vodafone Ireland where he began his career as a National Account Manager.
In his new role, Andrew will oversee client delivery, marketing and non-clinical operations, while driving the company’s business systems, tendering processes, and project management frameworks. He will play a vital role in transforming Spectrum.Life’s end-to-end product lifecycle, reaffirming its position as a leading global provider of innovative mental health and wellbeing solutions.
