Aviva’s Group Protection Online (AGPOL) platform has been enhanced to streamline adviser workflows and extend digital servicing capabilities across all scheme sizes – advisers can access the improved platform immediately.

“We’re excited to bring these enhancements to AGPOL, making it easier for advisers to manage policies and serve clients of all sizes.

“By removing barriers like the minimum premium and expanding digital capabilities, we’re helping advisers work more efficiently and grow their business with confidence,” said Jason Ellis, group risk distribution director at Aviva.

Previously tailored for small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with between 3-250 employees, AGPOL now offers a suite of new features that accommodate any scheme size.

Advisers can now generate scheme history reports, including policy overviews, six years of claims, and current medical underwriting details, for any client size – excluding flex schemes.

They will also have access to unified policy management, allowing them to identify those due for renewal or rate review, and the ability to amend member data to support policy renewals.
