Aviva has promoted its former strategy and performance lead, Cearan Gleeson, to the role of head of strategy and product governance.
Based in Dublin, Gleeson has been with Aviva since 2014, with previous roles including business analyst, strategy manager and propositions consultant.
Gleeson has an extensive background in both strategy and proposition development lifecycles, reinsurance placement, project management and business analytics.
He also has an excellent understanding of the life and pensions sector, with strategic awareness and the capability to take a holistic view of the business and see the associated key issues.
Gleeson has a strong track record of successfully delivering a number of complex initiatives in a cost effective, controlled manner.
