AXA Health recruits Bupa’s Jordan Ayrey as SME distribution director

AXA Health has today announced the appointment of Jordan Ayrey as small & medium-sized enterprise (SME) distribution director, effective from November 2025.

Prior to this appointment, Jordan Ayrey served as head of consumer intermediary at Bupa, where he’s worked for over 12 years. Jordan began his career in Financial Services as a healthcare consultant for Bupa’s small & medium-sized enterprise (SME) direct new business. 

In his new role, Jordan will lead SME distribution for AXA Health, driving growth and retention of its client base and working closely with intermediary and distribution partners.

“I’m excited to be taking up this new role and leading the SME distribution team at AXA Health. I’m looking forward to driving growth and great service for our SME customers, in collaboration with our valued partners,” he said.
