She said: “Returning to AXA feels like coming home. The values and culture here are truly inspiring, and I’m excited to help shape a workforce ready for the future – one that’s equipped with the skills and capabilities to thrive. I look forward to working with our talented teams as we embark on this exciting new chapter together.”

Louise Isaacs joins from QBE Insurance where she served as head of marketing & communications. She’s also worked as managing director for marketing at Barclaycard Payments, chief marketing officer at Cigna, and vice president marketing at American Express, amongst others.

“I’m delighted to have joined AXA – a company I have long admired. I’m excited about contributing to the future success of the organisation by shaping how we connect with our customers and stakeholders, enhancing our brand and reputation, and supporting the delivery of our strategic priorities,” she said.

Tara Foley, CEO of AXA UK, added: “I’m thrilled to welcome two new appointments to my senior leadership team and I’m sure their knowledge and experience will bring fresh insights and energy.

“In returning to AXA, Amanda’s understanding of our company culture will be invaluable and her expertise in leadership development and equipping people with skills for the future will be a real asset.

“Louise’s drive to deliver for customers is central to who we are at AXA UK & Ireland. She will be instrumental in shaping how we bring this focus to life through our customer and communications teams, and in influencing the organisation more widely to create meaningful impact for our customers.

“I’d also like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Suzanne for her contribution over the past decade. Her commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace has truly shaped who we are today.”
