New Partnership
"Being able to offer cover for all is at the core of our mentality and we have a mantra of never saying “no” to a customer."
- Phil Jeynes, Director of Corporate Strategy at Reassured

Beagle Street currently offers Life Insurance and Critical Illness (CI) via its website and call centre, as well as selected intermediaries and price comparison sites. However, wishing to comply with Consumer Duty, the insurer recognises the importance of offering a route to protection for those with medical conditions that exclude them from its own cover.

By partnering with Reassured, Beagle Street can now refer customers to its service for “impaired lives,” supporting its own sales business as well as those of its partners.

Commenting on this partnership, Phil Jeynes, Director of Corporate Strategy at Reassured, has said:

“Being able to offer cover for all is at the core of our mentality and we have a mantra of never saying “no” to a customer. Our dedicated impaired lives team are experts in finding policies for people with all sorts of medical conditions and needs across the whole of the market. We are thrilled to be able to offer this service to Beagle Street customers.”

Mark Mullaney, Head of Partnerships and Distribution for Beagle Street, added:

“Our products offer great protection for all sorts of people but there are some for whom a different solution is appropriate. Rather than offer those customers a dead end, we wanted to make sure we passed them to a trusted partner with a proven track record in exceptional customer service.

“Reassured stood out thanks to their scale and experience and we are delighted to announce the partnership today.”
