Clare Enstone (pictured, right) has joined BHSF as director of risk & compliance, moving from Holloway Friendly where she’s worked for over seven years.
In her new role, she will be responsible for BHSF’s risk & compliance strategy, ensuring the organisation continues to meet high standards across its operations.
“I’m passionate about building strong, transparent, governance frameworks that support innovation while protecting customers and partners. I look forward to working with the team to strengthen our compliance culture and help shape the next chapter of BHSF’s journey,” she said.
Moving from Key Group, Georgina Callaghan (pictured, left) has been appointed as chief operating officer (COO). In the past, she’s also worked as digital head of engineering at the Co-op, senior consultant at PwC, and lead programme manager at Barclays Bank, amongst others.
She said: “BHSF has a clear sense of purpose and a strong foundation for growth. I’m excited to be part of a team that’s driving meaningful change in the health & wellbeing space. My focus will be on ensuring our operations continue to scale efficiently.”
