Prior to this appointment, Richard Pringle served as a senior health and benefits consultant at Mercer Marsh after he was promoted from a group risk analyst to assistant consultant to health & benefits consultant. He has also worked as a group risk team leader at Alexander Forbes as well as in several positions at Aegon.
In his new role, Richard will join Broadstone’s employee benefits consulting (EBC) division in the health and protection team, currently led by Brett Hill. He will be based out of the Glasgow office.
