Alongside this appointment, Andy Parsons serves as Chair of the Audit Committee at RSA Insurance. In the past, he’s worked as Chief Financial Officer at Just Group, Finance Director at LV, Managing Director of Longstanding LP&I at Lloyds Banking Group following several promotions from Divisional Risk Officer for Insurance, and Executive Director of Finance at Friends Life, amongst others.
Meanwhile, Jake Lawrence joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director (NED) in his role as Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Power Corporation and Power Financial. He’s previously held roles in finance, group treasury, and group banking. His appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
