Chaucer appoints Hayley Spink as Chief Operating Officer

Chaucer has appointed Hayley Spink as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for leading the development & implementation of Chaucer’s operations and service strategy.

Prior to this appointment, Hayley Spink served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Apollo Syndicate 1969. She’s also worked as Interim Head of Operations at Lloyd’s following several promotions from Head of Business Engagement, Information Technology Group.

In her new role, Hayley will be responsible for leading the development & implementation of Chaucer’s operations and service strategy, with a focus on delivering high-level operations and processes across the Group. This appointment replaces David Bendle who will retire at the end of the year and is subject to regulatory approval.
