The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has announced that registrations are open for the Disability Access Symposium 2026, a UK‑wide event bringing together senior leaders, charities, and accessibility experts with the aim of accelerating meaningful progress for disabled people.
In-person events have been confirmed for Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th October, with the former being a full-day symposium at PwC, Embankment, hosting approximately 150 attendees, and the latter being a lunchtime event for around 100 participants at Lloyds of London.
A series of virtual events will also run throughout the week, bringing together disability & access ambassadors, charities, experts, and practitioners.
The symposium is delivered in collaboration with the UK’s Disability & Access Ambassadors, and is designed to spotlight initiatives, solutions and resources already working to transform the experience of disabled customers and employees, sharing what works and aiming to ensure successful approaches can be adopted across the sector.
