Prior to this appointment, Adam Harper served as Director of Professional Standards & Policy at AAT following several promotions from Administrative Assistant where he began his career in 1991.
Meanwhile, Holly Porter previously worked as Managing Director of Institute at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT following a promotion from Membership Director. In the past, she has served as Chief Marketing Officer at GS1 UK, Marketing & Communications Director at Wincanton following a promotion from Marketing Manager UK & Ireland, and PR Consultant at Publicasity.
From March 2025, Adam will take the role of Executive Director, Strategy, Advocacy & Professional Standards whilst Holly joins as Executive Director, Markets & Opportunities at the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
