Consumer Duty Alliance welcomes SimplyBiz as an Affiliate Member

Enhancing its existing relationship with the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce, SimplyBiz has now been welcomed as a founding Affiliate Member of the Consumer Duty Alliance.

The CDA, which recently launched as a not-for-profit, community interest company, has complimentary and open membership for both individuals and firms, requiring them to adopt an independent Code of Professional Standards as well as the consumer-facing Financial Vulnerability Charter.

On the 18th of April, SimplyBiz will deliver its latest Consumer Duty webinar, this time dedicated to the fair treatment of vulnerable clients in practical terms and will feature the Consumer Duty Alliance as part of its support in this area for advisers.
