"We see [Freedom 360] as a meaningful step forward in how group health insurance can deliver real, lasting value for employers and their teams."
- Hoosh Mires, chief operating officer at Freedom Health Insurance

Freedom Health Insurance has announced the launch of its ‘Freedom 360’ toolkit, which consists of digitally-led services and health & wellbeing discounts.

“Freedom 360 is a holistic approach to health & wellbeing and is designed to meet the evolving needs of modern workforces. We have developed a solution that supports employees in all aspects of their lives, both at work and at home,” explained Hoosh Mires, chief operating officer (COO) at Freedom Health Insurance.

Strengthening the provider’s group business proposition, Freedom 360 is available to all members and their insured dependants.

Members will have unlimited 24/7 access to a digital GP service (must be age 1+) powered by Livi. Members can speak to GPs, physiotherapists, nurses, pharmacists, and mental health practitioners for timely advice, diagnosis, and referrals, as well as private prescription delivery when needed.

In addition, Freedom 360 includes a 24/7 wellbeing support service (must be age 8+) which is accessible via app, phone, or online.

Members and their insured dependants will be eligible for six phone sessions to help manage stress, unlimited counselling for up to five sessions per topic, HR & leadership support sessions, and seven weeks of online guided therapy with counsellor support.

They will also have access to work life services, up to 30 minutes legal advice and up to 45 minutes financial advice per policy year, as well as up to six sessions of life & wellness coaching.

Freedom Dermatology allows members to access clinical support for concerns about suspicious moles or skin lesions - this helps identify early signs of skin cancer.

Access to cancer-related services provided by Reframe Cancer is available via referral from Freedom Health Insurance’s internal cancer care team. Eligible cancer claimants can receive up to 6 hours of personalised support.

Furthermore, Reframe Cancer will offer clinical guidance, emotional assistance, and practical help across both NHS and private cancer pathways for members diagnosed with cancer.

For an initial three-month trial, members will also have access to Reframe Cancer’s ‘Care for Carers’ product which launched earlier this year.

Alongside these services, Freedom 360 includes various health & wellbeing discounts for fitness, nutrition, mental health, diagnostics, and lifestyle products.
