"Together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all."
- Liselle Appleby, Supervisory Board Member at GAIN
Schroders has demonstrated dedication to creating a platform where individuals with an affinity for neurodiversity can connect and share their experiences. This includes its Neurodiversity Support Network which launched earlier this year.
The Group for Autism, Insurance, Investment & Neurodiversity (GAIN) said that Schroders’ “commitment to fostering an inclusive & supportive environment for neurodivergent individuals aligns perfectly with [our] mission to promote neurodiversity in the workplace.”
As a corporate member, Schroders will collaborate with other industry leaders to support neurodivergent colleagues and create a neuroinclusive workplace.
“We’re delighted to welcome Schroders to the GAIN family. Their proactive approach to fostering an inclusive culture and their dedication to supporting neurodivergent individuals will be invaluable to our collective mission,” said Liselle Appleby, Supervisory Board Member at GAIN.
Anna O’Donoghue, Co-Sponsor of Schroders’ Neurodiversity Network, added: “[We] look forward to working collaboratively with GAIN to effect real change for neurodiverse employees across Financial Services.”
