Free to GRiD members, the session is designed for individuals with some group risk experience and knowledge and will cover what flexible benefits are, how they operate, taxation, reasons for introducing flex, typical benefits, pricing structures, and take up rates.
Katharine Moxham, spokesperson for GRiD said:
"It’s important that as an industry we put ourselves in the shoes of HR and employee benefits teams at employers. Group risk is a significant part of any employee benefits package but we mustn’t lose sight of the fact that it is part of a greater whole with which HR and EB teams must grapple.
“This session is ideal for anyone with some working knowledge of group risk but who wants to understand how it integrates into a flexible benefits programme.”
